“Canciones de Amor” where is also won an American Grammy for
Producer on the CD, and the latest CD, “10 Aniversario” released in
June 2009. Beto’s love for both orchestra and mariachi music made
his project to arrange several pieces for the LA Jewish Symphony to
perform alongside with Mariachi Divas the most exciting opportunity
since he has directed the Divas. Beto hopes that with this show the
Mariachi Divas will expand to several shows in the future performing
with symphony orchestras and hopes to someday produce, direct and
arrange a CD with Mariachi Divas and Symphony Orchestra.
Beto’s love for teaching and preparing young musicians for the
professional mariachi world keeps him very busy as he is also in the
process of writing his own collection of mariachi method books to
better educate the new generation of young mariachi musicians.
